Important Office Update
To our patients, parents, colleagues, and friends, We have moved from Suite 1517 at 2 Carlton Street. Our office is now located in Suite 1520 on the same floor, just to the left of the elevators and down the long hallway on the right side.
At this time, we are seeing patients on Fridays only, with occasional exceptions.
In 2027, Dr. Norma W. Chou will celebrate 50 years of practicing orthodontics. As she prepares for retirement, this move represents the first step in that transition. As a result, Dr. Chou is no longer accepting new patients.
Please be assured that all patients currently in active treatment with braces or aligners will have their treatment completed. Patients who have received retainers will continue to be seen for at least six months following placement.
Our phone number remains the same: (416) 532-3041. Dr. Chou will personally answer the phone most of the time. You may also text this number if you need to reach her and she is unavailable. Our patient reminder service will continue as usual, and you may text that number to contact Katherine regarding appointments.
If you are experiencing any issues with your braces or retainers, please contact the office prior to your appointment so we can allow time to address your concern. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance so we may offer the time to another patient.
